Contact by messaging or email is convenient however there really is nothing like a chat on the phone or meeting face to face. Feel free to contact us however suits you with any query you may have and we will be happy to help.
Realistic pricing. You won`t find any prices on our products. This is not because we are expensive but each enquiry is unique so each quotation needs to reflect different factors.
We are proud of our work and like to share images on our social media pages and website. We never share any images of complete creations until the day after the event when all of your guests have attended.
If you do not wish for any pictures to be shared then please let us know in writing.
We have to ask for some personal data from you so we can contact you. We keep this information safely and do not share it with any other agency. We will keep this information for a maximum of one year after the event.
Our items can be purchased or hired. We know you don`t want your event looking exactly the same as someone else`s so we want to work flexibly with you to help you get your desired style. We can customise our items for you or you can work with our items yourself. Either is fine.
We are happy to deliver or have you collect from us in Norwich.
Hire duration - This can vary from venue to venue so we will try and be realistic with this when you make your booking.
